My approach is gentle and considered, using low-force chiropractic techniques and acupuncture to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your body’s natural healing processes.

I have a special interest in supporting women during pregnancy and am a Webster Certified Chiropractor, offering gentle care to help improve pelvic balance and ease discomfort throughout pregnancy.

I also work with people experiencing chronic pain and stress-related conditions, using Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to support the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health.

Meet your practitioner, Dr Elena Bacash.

I completed 5 years of study to become a Chiropractor and graduated with a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic. I hold a Masters of Acupuncture from RMIT University and am a certified practitioner of Applied Kinesiology, integrating a range of techniques to support whole-body balance. My expertise allows me to support people with a wide variety of health complaints including musculoskeletal issues.

I'm currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Animal Biomechanics so that I can treat your dogs and horses as well!
